The Position:

• We are expanding into Lemon Law Litigation and want an experienced and aggressive Lemon Law Litigator to lead the team.

• The position comes with a lot of resources and varies in casework
• There are a lot of growth opportunities within this position. The ideal candidate can become the head of the litigation department in 3 years!

Responsibilities:

• Represent clients in court or before government agencies
• Prepare and draft legal documents on behalf of clients
• Advise clients on business and legal transactions
• Negotiate settlements for legal disputes
• Comply with all legal standards and regulations
• Perform administrative and management functions related to the practice of law

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in Lemon Law
• Familiarity with various legal documents
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to build rapport with clients
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to $200,000.00 per year

Experience:

• Lemon Law: 3 years (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• Bar (Preferred)
