They are responsible for planning, implementing, and monitoring such technology.

We are seeking a focused and hard-working Automation Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for programming specific machinery for Solidworks CAD, CAM with CAMworks, and operating a Hass VF-4 CNC machine. This is a hands-on position that requires a strong understanding of automation systems, control systems, and programming.

Responsibilities:

• Program specific machinery for Solidworks CAD and CAM with CAMworks
• Operate and maintain the Hass VF-4 CNC machine
• Ensure the proper operation and efficiency of the machinery
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development, engineering, and manufacturing, to ensure the successful delivery of automation systems
• Develop technical documentation, including software design and user manuals
• Provide technical support to customers and partners

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in automation engineering or a related field
• Strong understanding of control systems and programming languages (e.g. Python, C++, C#)
• Experience with Solidworks CAD, CAM with CAMworks, and Hass VF-4 CNC machine
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
