Associates degree in a related field or equivalent experience. Supervise, train and develop installation crews. Valid DL and clean driving record.

Manage individual caseload by evaluating patients progress effectively through evaluations, re-evaluations, quarterly progress reports. Lift up to 50 pounds.

Must meet the Federal DOT eligibility requirements, including appropriate driver's license and medical certification. Position Type: Full time - 12am-8am, M-F.
