What you can expect:

• Set up tables as assigned, servicing food and alcoholic / non-alcoholic beverages to guest tables according to Resort standards and group requirements.
• When specified, take beverage orders and collect payments.
• Know and understand banquet menus, as well as beverages specified by the group.
• Be able to follow directions from Banquet Leadership Team.
• Be knowledgeable of daily features and activities within the Resort.
• Work cohesively with the team delivering exceptional guest service.
• Maintain complete knowledge of correct use and maintenance of equipment.
• Responsible for maintaining a clean and safe working environment at all times.
• Completely knowledgeable and complying with service procedures and policies.
• Maintain and contribute to a positive work environment.
• Maintain complete knowledge of scheduled daily activities and in-house groups, daily house count, hours of operation of each outlet.
• Uphold the core values and policies and procedures of the resort.
• All other duties, as assigned.

What are some Qualifications:Required:

• Minimum 18 years of age.
• Team- oriented mentality.
• Restaurant experience.
• Excellent communication skills.
