Bar Manager Needed for new Lodi Bowling Alley.
Lodi Bowling Alley will be opening very soon! We're currently looking for a Bar Manager who isn't only qualified, but a team player to help us build Lodi Bowl into the premier entertainment destination for Lodi that it is set to be! We are offering a competitive salary and a wonderful Bonus structure. Make up to $150,000 a year!

Bar Manager Duties and Responsibilities:

• Recruit, interview, hire and train new bar staff employees
• Handle customer complaints
• Advertise the daily, weekly and monthly promotions of the bar
• Ensure staff is following all food control and safety regulations
• Create employee schedules based on expected customer numbers

Bar Manager Qualifications/Skills:

Education, Experience, & Licensing Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED.
• Associate’s degree or higher in hotel and restaurant management a plus.
• Bartender’s license.
• Prior experience working in a bar or restaurant.
• Supervisory experience.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale tracking technology and bar and restaurant management platforms.
