We are currently hiring a Bartender to join the National Lutheran Communities & Services family. This role makes a positive daily impact with our residents. Bartenders are mainly responsible for performing a variety of services including mixing, garnishing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks to our residents and guests at the bar. This also includes taking food orders, keeping the bar stocked, inventory and cleaning while providing friendly and attentive service.

Requirements

One year of bartending experience in a high-volume meal service is preferred. If you have healthcare dining experience, great, but if not we will train you on our processes and culture! Just bring a team player mentality and excellent customer service spirit and we will help with the rest.
