The objective for this position is to welcome our participants with a friendly and polite demeanor while assisting them with tasks such as filling out necessary paperwork, and handling sensitive health information. The receptionist is the main contact for new clients as well as the person who has daily contact with existing clients. It is imperative that this individual possess impeccable customer service skills, is capable of maintaining a high level of confidentiality, is detail oriented, handles stressful situations well, and exudes a passion for helping others. T is responsible for direct communication with all existing and newly referred clients. Specific job duties are as follows:

Proficiency with 10-key typing and data entry. Experience with double entry accounting and use of accounting system(s). Reconcile company credit card bills.
Perform various administrative duties, including, but not limited to: printing daily reports, maintaining transaction paperwork, contacting finance companies
Some of your duties would include greeting patients, answering the phone, scheduling appointments, filing insurance and billing.
Ability to train, develop, lead and mentor. Have a thorough understanding and analysis of competition and development of creative marketing programs.
Make travel arrangements for the executive. The ideal candidate will have a background in customer service, clear communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
