• Must be knowledgeable of oilfield and construction light duty rental equipment
• Initiate excellent customer services interaction and directions with rental customers.
• Answer phones and take orders from customers using proper telephone etiquette and redirect other calls to appropriate parties
• Complete rental agreements, check on customer's credit and insurance availability, accurately communicate equipment & attachment availability to internal and external customers, set up transportation of equipment to complete rental transactions
• Complete Rental Invoicing
• Communicate effectively with key rental personnel concerning equipment status and inventory levels
• Confirm that all equipment being shipped out is correct
• Computer Skills - Rental Man software knowledge preferred
• May perform other duties to support the daily routine as required by Operations Manager
• Knowledge of QuickBooks software preferred but not required'
