Job Description :

The Demand Generation Specialist / Inside Sales Coordinator will track and call qualified leads generated from Marketing and CRM program to determine the lifecycle of the lead. You will work closely with sales and marketing to identify and prequalify lead lists. Build email workflows to nurture leads to the point of conversion. Applicants should be: highly organized, have excellent verbal and written skills, have high attention to detail, and be energetic and pro-active in initiating outreach to support our business goals.

Primary Position Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Devise a lead scoring strategy to track and evaluate success initiatives and ensure that the company is driving the most productive leads, making process improvements and changes where necessary
  • Work closely with the sales and marketing team to identify and prequalify lead lists and track conversions
  • Implement and manage lead generation and lead tracking metrics and prepare report results regularly
  • Maintaining sales lead data on qualified and non-qualified leads
  • Managing the deals dashboard within the CRM, keeping visibility of deal status and accuracy. Communicating with Sales, Marketing, Purchasing and Production on how the deals/quotes are progressing through to completion.
  • Provide reporting and metrics on a monthly basis of custom graphic orders
  • Assisting with and managing trade shows
  • Opening sales opportunities within HubSpot CRM
  • Managing orders within the deal dashboard in HubSpot CRM
  • Working with Repair and Warranty on customer service issues to help resolve them.
  • Research lists of companies to target and identify contacts who meet our target customer profile
  • Build, manage, and maintain a pipeline of interested prospects
  • Initiate outbound cold calls and email follow-up correspondence to generate interest in our company’s products
  • Generate weekly/monthly reports to evaluate sales activities and ROI
  • Assist with Social media management
  • Researching sales leads, follow up on lead reports
  • Monitoring daily inbound website traffic reports and identifying patterns
  • Develop strategies to move leads through the sales funnel
  • Make outbound sales calls to qualify potential leads
  • Ability to build client relationships over the phone
  • Proficiency with standard corporate productivity tools (Microsoft Office Suite, email, phone skills)
  • Strong email and web search skills
  • Ability to use HubSpot and other on-line tools effectively
  • Other duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Strong writing, grammar, spelling, and proofreading skills
  • Working level of Microsoft office, QuickBooks, and CRM programs
  • Ability to handle multiple projects at once
  • Ability to meet tight deadlines

Preferred Experience

  • General sales and marketing experience
  • Writing and editing skills
