BCBA will lead a team in the overall development and oversight of client programs. The BCBA will work closely with Behavioral Therapists and Case Managers to provide training and supervision that encourages progress of each case. Provide direct care to young children diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder; Provide training, supervision and oversight to non-certified staff; Create individualized programming for clients; Graph and visually analyze data; Provide Parent Training and other assistance as needed to families; Work in a team to facilitate optimal care and exceptional outcomes for clients; and Conduct new client assessments and initial treatment planning.

Requirements :

· Board Certified Behavior Analyst certification

· Great enthusiasm, attitude and personality

· Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation and auto insurance

· 1 year of BCBA experience

· Medicaid Provider # is required

Language and social skills:

- Bilingual (English/Spanish is a plus)

· Ability to communicate effectively with clients, coworkers, parents, school and medical personnel and community-at-large.

· Ability to respond effectively to sensitive communications.

· Excellent time management and interpersonal skills are a must.

· Strong computer and technology skills.
