This position requires 15 - 20 hours per week. Hours are somewhat flexible, typically Monday, Tuesday and Thursday.

Key Responsibilities Include:

• Daily accounting of cash, check and web receipts
• Bank deposit
• Daily/weekly reconciliation of QuickBooks donations to donor software
• New Hire onboarding
• Assist Executive Director with personnel policy adherence
• Payroll processing
• Accounts Payable processing
• Records maintenance
• Assist Development Director with grant accounting and reporting

Qualifications:

• QuickBooks experience is required!
• Minimum of 3 years of bookkeeping experience
• Knowledge of QuickBooks short keys is preferred
• MS Office suite experience, with intermediate proficiency in Word and Excel
• Proven problem-solving skills and the ability to inspire confidence.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
