Northshire Bookstore of Vermont and New York is seeking a frontline Bookseller for our Manchester, Vermont location. This is a part-time, high-energy position and the ideal candidate will love books, love people, be customer-forward and have a comfort level learning inventory and computers. Position involves physical tasks, using both stairs and elevator and must possess positive customer service skills. Tasks include working directly with customers seeking books, shelving, inventory management, physical tasks as well as Point of Sale computer system use. Permanent year-round employment, in a 7 day a week business including weekends and holidays. Upward path with a 46-year-old but growing independent bookstore business. $14 Per Hour to start. Bookstores are a wonderful place to work with perks!
