Status: Full-Time/Exempt

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the day-to-day operations of the branch in an efficient, professional and compliant manner.
  • Broaden customer relationships within the community.
  • Manage budget and allocate funds appropriately.
  • Address customer and employee satisfaction issues promptly.
  • Perform various personnel functions including scheduling, assigning work tasks, monitoring work of subordinates, maintaining support, motivation and training, conducing performance reviews and providing disciplinary action when necessary.
  • Maintain communication between the branch and management.

Physical Requirements:

  • Sitting/Mobility: Approximately 70% of time is spent standing and/or spent working at a desk/teller station; the balance of time is spent moving around work areas.
  • Communication: Ability to effectively communicate with co-workers, members, and outside agencies in writing, in person, and over the phone.
  • Vision: Ability to effectively use a computer screen and interpret printed materials, memo’s, and other appropriate paperwork.
  • Lifting/Carrying: Ability to transport boxes of coin, files & office supplies.
  • Stooping/Kneeling: Ability to access files/stock supplies in high or low cabinets and shelves.
  • Reaching/Handling: Ability to input information into computer systems and retrieve and work with appropriate paperwork, equipment, and supplies.

Job Type: Full-time
