CFS has partnered with worldwide manufacturer company who is seeking a Business Analyst for their IT Department located in Columbus, Ohio.

Overview of the Business Analyst Role:
- Identify business process improvement opportunities
- Will be a liaison between the IT department and assigned business units to investigate, communicate, and verify requirements for changes to business processes and policies.
- Analyze business needs for the primary purpose of obtaining high-level requirements, capturing business needs, and present solutions
- Work with internal customers to identify and resolve issues
- Promote consistency and usability standards
- Help Desk Support
- Project Support
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree
- 2-3 years of Business Analyst experience
- Experience with SAP
- Experience with EWM Module and SAP implementations is a plus
