Business Analyst

CFS has partnered with worldwide manufacturer company who is seeking a Business Analyst for their IT Department located in Columbus, Ohio.

Overview of the Business Analyst Role:
  • Identify business process improvement opportunities
  • Will be a liaison between the IT department and assigned business units to investigate, communicate, and verify requirements for changes to business processes and policies.
  • Analyze business needs for the primary purpose of obtaining high-level requirements, capturing business needs, and present solutions
  • Work with internal customers to identify and resolve issues
  • Promote consistency and usability standards
  • Help Desk Support
  • Project Support

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 2-3 years of Business Analyst experience
  • Experience with SAP
  • Experience with EWM Module and SAP implementations is a plus
