Business Law Group seeks a transactional business attorney for our rapidly growing practice. The ideal candidate will have at least two years of experience in business law. Knowledge of tax law as it relates to LLCs and S Corporations would be helpful.

Relevant experience could include:

• Forming new corporations and LLCs
• Drafting complex LLC operating agreements
• Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts,
• Negotiating, drafting, and completing due diligence for asset purchase agreements
