We are currently seeking a detail-oriented, customer-service-minded individual to join our team in Litchfield, Minnesota as a full-time Business Retail Bank Manager.

As the Business Retail Bank Manager, you will build and retain meaningful relationships with your business customers, using your financial knowledge to recommend thoughtful solutions to meet their needs. You will also provide leadership to the Frontline Team to ensure that the highest quality customer service is provided within the bank.

Job Duties:

• You will serve as a single point contact in fulfilling the deposit needs of our business customers by strengthening customer relationships, discovering financial needs, and providing solutions.
• You will focus on acquiring new relationships and expanding on current relationships.
• You will successfully lead the Frontline Team with selection, training, performance management, disciplinary actions, individual career development, recognition, and retention.

Qualifications:

• At least two-years experience in Retail Banking, with proven success in establishing new customers, deepening customer relationships, and delivering results.
• Excellent communication skills- in person and over the phone-with proven ability to tailor features and benefits of products/services to customers with differing needs.
• Ability to learn products, services, and procedures quickly and accurately.
• Demonstrate ability to make personal connections, engage and educate customers, ask open-ended questions and listen to establish trust and build lasting relationships.
