(MTSI), is seeking a C2 Training System Analyst in Huntsville, AL. to support the Concurrent Test, Training, and Operations (CTTO) program as the Technical Lead for Mission Specific Vendor Plug-In (MSVP). Provide technical analyses for the evolution, development, integration, and testing of the Command and Control Battle Management and Communication (C2BMC) stand-alone training system for the Missile Defense Agency (MDA).

Responsibilities:
Work as a key member of an Integrated Product Team (IPT) supporting the development and deployment of the MDA’s MSVP stand-alone training system. The analyst will coordinate with multiple government leads, other contractors within the MDA, and external members of the MSVP developer. Specific Duties:

Provide overall support for MSVP development for the C2BMC program to include the engineering life cycle of the product.

Reduce risk to the government and program (cost, time, and performance).

Provide government lead researched options to continually improve and evolve the C2BMC training system, architecture, and overall training approach.
- Support in development and assessment of requirements for the system.

Organize and lead meetings to determine status of systems, upgrades, schedules, and development progress.
- Represent the interests of the customer in working group forums and in Technical Interchange Meetings.

Prepare for and participate in various engineering and software review boards.
- Prepare documents such as plans, analyses, assessments, schedules, papers, metrics, guides, minutes, synopsis, reports, and briefings.

Research, develop, and brief technical analysis, plans, and feasibility of MSVP upgrades.

Provide Course of Actions with analysis, comparison, and recommendations to government leadership.

Review and provide comments on technical documents in support of major system reviews to ensure quality and reduce risk to the program.

Provide independent and objective evaluations of other contractor performed analyses and proposals.

Communicate and defend plan methodologies, tools, and results of analyses to leadership.
Qualifications:

3+ years of related experience.

Active Secret Clearance
-
Bachelor of Science/Arts Degree
-
Demonstrable experience with military training, training systems, exercises, and warfighter support.

Ability to provide engineering support on complex systems throughout the system engineering life cycle.
- Ability to solve complex problems individually or as a member of a team.

Capable of performing as a member of multiple teams.

Self-starter with enthusiasm and capacity to learn.

Ability to interact and communicate in a professional manner with senior military and government leadership.

Understanding of US Government contracts and processes.

Proficient in MS Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Knowledge of the DoD Programs and Acquisition process.

DAU Acquisition Level 1
- Understanding of training and exercises in Combatant Commands

Experience with the Missile Defense Agency, the BMDS, or other large DoD agencies
