POSITION DESCRIPTION

Position: Case Manager Mental Health Juvenile Justice Program
Location: Princeton, IL
*Hours: Monday through Friday - 8:30 am to 5:00 pm
*

*Job Description:
 *

Provide case management and linkage to youth
Attend court hearings, complete evaluations on youth
Provide support to the parents of youth
Complete presentations in the classroom and detention facility
Conduct follow up to youth to encourage engagement in treatment.
Provide backup on call to daytime crisis referrals

Qualifications:


Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work, Psychology or Human Service Field

Bachelor’s Degree in comparable field, with 2 years’ experience in Behavioral Health

Experience in mental health and substance abuse services is preferred.

Experience with children and adolescents are preferred.

Experience or knowledgeable in the criminal justice system preferred.
