• Ensure dining room; BOH; Kitchen and FOH is clean and safe
• Ensure all guest point of view areas are clean and safe
• Keep storage areas Neat Clean and Organized
• Keep bathroom area clean
• POS Responsibilities
• Understand daily Point of Sale responsibilities; is responsible for cash management on shift
• Working understanding of currencies accepted
• Fun and friendly attitude during transactions
• Understand and explain all current promotions to guests
• Keep assigned area stocked and guest focused
• Fulfills all relevant daily prep and side work by assignment
• Sampling
