Pay is based on experience. $25.00 + an hour
Seabreeze Property Services, a leading property services company, is looking for professional CDL Class A or B Drivers to help support our dynamic, growing workplace. The CDL Class A or B Driver role is a non-exempt position. Seabreeze seeks to attract talented candidates who have a “can-do” attitude and are looking to be a long-term part of a growing team. This is a full-time position and current and valid CDL A or CDL B driver’s license, clean driving record, and background investigation and drug test are required prior to employment. Pay is based on experience. Specific duties include:
- Ensuring work gets completed efficiently and at or above customer expectations
- Operate roller for an asphalt paving crew
- Perform routine equipment maintenance
Work Conditions:
- Applicants must be willing and able to work outdoors, in all elements
- Applicants must be able to tolerate physical effort including the handling of objects (up to 50 pounds)
- Able to safely work with a wide variety of equipment
- Ability to operate heavy equipment
