What you can expect during the interview process:

• A welcome call and short interview from our Driver Recruiter.
• We will run your MVR & PSP with your permission.
• We'll conduct an interview with you, and hopefully you'll receive a job offer the same day!
• You will take a drug test, and have a medical evaluation.

Your work day will start early in the morning between 2:00 and 4:00 in the morning.

DOLLARS AND CENTS:

• Your average annual salary is approximately $88,000 without bonuses.
• You will receive detention pay.
• Earn a $5,000 retention bonus.

• You will always comply with the Department of Transportation (DOT) safety rules and regulations, Company policies and local, state and federal policies, laws and procedures.
• You will transport live birds from the farm to the plant.
• Perform pre-trip inspections and ensure your load is secured properly.
• You will need to complete required documentation.
• We provide nice trucks, we want you to help us maintain the cleanliness of them.
• Any other relevant duties to the job.

• You must have a Class A Commercial Drivers License.
• You'll need to provide 1+ year(s) of verifiable commercial driving experience.
• You have to have a clean driving record.

• You’ll need to be able to walk, twist, bend and lift various weights, and climb in and out of the trucks.
• You will be working around live birds.
