Minimum Requirements:

• Previous experience in processing confidential, detailed paperwork
• Prefer 3+ Years of client interaction in an office environment
• Proficient with MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, & Power point)
• Active VA Life and Health Licensed
• Active Series 65 or CFP Required

• Assist main Advisor with meeting individual and team goals

Responsibilities: Putting client needs first is deeply rooted in our culture and at the core of everything we do. In providing excellent client service you will:

• Prioritize day-to-day tasks and issues
• Meet with prospective clients to bring new money into the firm
• Conduct Annual Reviews with new and current clients
• Complete & process servicing requests as needed
• Respond to client inquires
• Process transactions as needed
• Follow-up as necessary with vendor companies and clients
• Assist Main Advisor with appointment preparations as needed

Pay: From $80,000.00 per year
