A small firm concentrating in consumer protection class action and complex personal injury litigation seeks two associate attorneys to handle all aspects of litigation in federal and state courts. This is an in-person position.
Candidates must be able to handle a caseload of complex class actions. Experience in all aspects of litigation, especially with cases dealing with the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act and the Consumer Fraud Act, is preferred along with excellent research and writing skills. Position will involve court appearances (mostly remote), discovery practice, including depositions, and motion practice. Kindly submit a cover letter, resume, and writing sample in pdf format.
