We primarily have worked in the Commercial and Residential new construction and large remodel market for the last 20 years.

Brian’s Heating & Air Conditioning is looking for an HVAC Construction installer with a minimum of 5 years of experience in light commercial new construction and remodeling.

Must be hardworking, reliable, and a self-starter. If you are looking to advance your career, advancement opportunities are readily available for the right person. We are looking to hire as soon as possible.

Responsibilities:

• We are looking for someone that can handle a lead role in residential & commercial construction
• Must have a friendly and healthy attitude toward their job and excellent customer service skills.
• Primally Commercial large remodel and new constructions
• Design, fabricate, order, and install various ducts and duct fittings.
• OSHA 10 OR OSHA 30 Preferred - We have a online course
• Complete all required service-related documentation. Must be able to collect payments on our customer management system (Service Titan).
• Mostly standard 7-3 or 8-4 schedule
• Opportunity for out-of-area travel projects. Midwest national account projects

Qualifications:

• We are looking for somebody that would be able to read blueprints, work with construction superintendents and homeowners, other trades, Schedule equipment and deliveries. Layout zone systems, understand ductwork sizing and modifications, Be accountable to run entire projects make decisions and communicate well by email. Ect..

++ We are also looking for helpers with some experience willing to learn!!

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $32.00 - $36.00 per hour
