About the role:


The Client Administrator supports the efforts of the Elite Banking Group. Work activities focus on efficiently creating additional business opportunities with existing clients through up selling the bank's products and services.


In the role you will:

  • Support the Bank's People First focus and rules of engagement.
  • Track, per client, concerns, strategies, and solutions used by Relationship Officer to assist with efforts to meet and exceed the expectations of the client.
  • Open and service new accounts as needed.
  • Ensure all accounts and transactions handled follow operational, security and control policies and procedures of the Bank, preventing fraud and protecting customer assets.
  • Responsible for administrative duties for the Relationship Banking—opening mail, ordering supplies, and other tasks as assigned.
  • Assist with the handling of any other inquiry, request or claim from the assigned clients as a first contact person at the Bank.

Must Haves:

  • Expert knowledge on the Bank's products and services.
  • Knowledge of relevant Federal and State banking regulations.
  • Three to five years of banking, business promotion or administrative experience.
  • Thorough understanding of federal banking compliance and requirements.
  • Excellent customer service and organizational skills.
  • Microsoft Skills (PowerPoint, Word, Excel).
  • Strong People First interest and ability.
  • Work proactively.
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred but not required.
