CLINICAL PHARMACY SPECIALIST

The Pharmacy Team is looking for candidates with comprehensive hospital pharmacy experience that can rotate to various decentralized locations. There will me rounding with the teams as well as the opportunity to participate on committees. Responsible for all aspects of pharmaceutical care to include safe and appropriate use, managing selected drug therapies, and the dispensing, compounding, labeling, and storage of pharmaceuticals. Also participates in the education of patients, nurses and Physicians.

This is a day shift position and the schedule consists of 4 ten hour days per week and every 4th weekend. The hours consist of two shifts - 6:45am to 5:15 pm and 7:45am to 6:15pm.

Qualified candidates will have 1-2 years of health system pharmacy experience. Residency training is highly desirable but not required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $135,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
