Position Summary

The Specialty Product Compliance Analyst is responsible for supporting the formulation, maintenance and review of the compliance of agreements and disclosures for specialty products to ensure that the Bank achieves optimum compliance with all consumer protection laws.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the Bank's client first focus and rules of engagement—maintaining a professional demeanor, working as an active member of the CNOB team, providing all clients excellent service, always striving to make CNOB A Better Place to Be.
• Stay knowledgeable of the compliance scope and testing techniques outlined in the FDIC's Compliance Manual.
• Ensure a Bank-wide continuing compliance program for all new and existing specialty product documentation such as agreements and disclosures.
• Provide compliance support for new products and services throughout the Bank, including the marketing department.
• Stay apprised of regulatory changes, federal and state and ensure they are effectively communicated throughout the Bank

Knowledge

• Expert knowledge of federal regulations
• Familiarity with agreements for specialty products including, but not limited to, 1031 Exchange, DACA…
• Familiarity with Bank security and safety practices.

Skills

• Strong analytical skills.
• Strong knowledge of Word, Excel and Lotus Notes.
• Strong knowledge all Bank Products and Services.

Abilities

• Strong client first interest and ability.

Other Requirements

• College degree preferred.
