Job Description :

The successful individual will have at least 2 years of experience in construction. Good computer and communication skills. This is the opportunity to work in fast paced but fun environment with a skilled team of professionals!

Warranty Agent:

  • Follow respective warranty protocols and processes for both in-house and fee-build clients.
  • Track all warranty claims from notification to completion.
  • Effectively communicate with in-house warranty team members.
  • Manage warranty claim cost & trade partners quality.
  • Define scope of work for each Warranty Claim.
  • Ensure warranty costs are passed on to the responsible source.
  • Document and follow-up on important actions and decisions from meetings; distribute minutes to all project team members.
  • Ensure projects adhere to established policies and frameworks.
  • Ensure all documentation is organized and maintained appropriately for each project.
  • Assess project risks and issues and recommend mitigation or solutions where applicable.

Closing Agent:

  • Effectively work with Internal & External customers.
  • Work with CSR Agent to receive and correct items on the inspection list.
  • Update CSR Manager on the outstanding items.
  • Ensure timely unit closings by coordinating completion of punch list tasks with Superintendents.
  • Regularly Update Trello (Daily).
  • Refine processes and procedures to ensure best services is provided to customers.

And other duties as assigned.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

  • Ability to perform work accurately and completely, and in a timely manner.
  • Communication skills, verbal and written.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and Excel.
  • Organizational skills.
  • Ability to deliver quality through attention to detail.
  • Ability to learn and use a variety of software, tools and systems necessary to meet business needs.
  • Knowledge of construction industry terminology and documents.
  • Knowledge of administrative and office standards.
  • Ability to build relationships and collaborate within a team, internally and externally.

Experience

  • 0-2 years administrative support experience.
  • 0-2 years of construction experience.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per month
