Job Summary:

We’re looking for a competitive, passionate, and goal-oriented Construction Sales Representative to join our fast-growing company. In this role, you’ll be tasked with quickly and aggressively building a sales pipeline.

You must be comfortable working as both a team player and on your own, and possess the skills to produce sales as well as construction knowledge to answer questions during builds. You’ll have the freedom (and you must possess the conviction) to create and implement strategies that will lead to the continued growth of our organization. If you’re the type of sales rep who can manage jobs start to finish we are looking for you. Growth into sales manager will be part of our future for the right candidate.

Job Responsibilities:

• Maintain responsibility for performance of all sales activities.
• Work referrals and generate your own leads as well as run set appointments
• perform in-home sales pitch to one call close.
• Establish and strategically build a solid customer base.
• Meet sales goals and conduct monthly performance reviews.
• Provide strong sales to achieve maximum profitability and growth in conjunction with company goals.
• Continually analyze the sales process in an effort to refine and improve its success, and work with upper management to establish sales reporting framework.
• Strive to achieve the highest levels of customer satisfaction with all customer interactions.

Job Skills & Qualifications:

Preferred:

• Strong track record of accomplishments and promotions in the Sales field
• Highly personable, with the ability to quickly build relationships
• Experience setting ladders and climbing roofs and measuring for accuracy. (measurement reports can be ordered as well)

Required:

• 2 + years of sales experience in roofing industry and knowledge of construction and/or building materials
• Computer skills for CRM
• Organizational skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $35,312.00 - $118,228.00 per year
