We are currently seeking a self-motivated, pre-licensed or licensed clinician to join our team! We are accepting applications from LMFT’s, LPC’s, LCSW’s, MFT-C’s as well as LPCC’s for a part-time or full-time position working with individuals, couples, and families across Colorado. This position will be either hybrid (part-time in person, part-time virtual) or 100% in person.

About Moonrise:

Moonrise Therapy and Wellness provides therapeutic services to individuals, couples and families across the state of Colorado. We specialize in working with children, teens, complex trauma survivors, LGBTQ+ community members, trans-youth, as well as polyamorous individuals/groups. Our therapists are trained in a variety of therapeutic techniques; however, we specialize in Internal Family Systems
Therapy (IFS), Eye Movement Desensitization & Reprocessing (EMDR) and use an attachment lens for much of our clinical work.

Moonrise Therapy and Wellness was created by two Marriage and Family Therapists, Kaitlin and Kyle Douglas, who have been practicing therapists for almost a decade and together as a couple for almost 15 years. Moonrise is dedicated to creating a safe place for healing and providing support for vulnerable populations. We are looking to add team members who are looking to do meaningful work with their clients, collaborate with other like-minded professionals, and maintain a healthy work/life balance.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Master’s Degree in Human Development & Family Studies, Counseling, Psychology and/or Marriage and Family Therapy.
• Experience working with children, teens, families, couples, trans youth, members of the LGBTQ+ community, as well as polyamorous community.
• Registered with the state of Colorado as a Marriage and Family Therapist Candidate or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist
• Able to maintain liability insurance for their clinical work.

Job Duties:

• Conduct psychotherapy sessions with individuals, couples & families. Part-time clinical expectations are 10-15 client hours per week and full-time clinical expectations are 20-25 clients per week.
• Maintain client correspondence, scheduling, and case management for all clinical cases. Case management includes timely completion of case notes, treatment plans, termination summaries, and any additional documentation needed for individual cases.
• Maintain professional, ethical, and legal standards set out by AAMFT and the State of Colorado.
• Attend regular supervision as-needed for licensure (weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly).
• Keep up with regular email and attend Moonrise team meetings as necessary.
• Optional: Lead couples workshops on an as-needed/desired basis.

Compensation:

Licensed clinicians: $48-66 per client hour depending on therapeutic platform (telehealth or in-person sessions). Bonus opportunities and compensation available for leading couples workshops.

Unlicensed clinicians: $40 - $60 per client hour depending on therapeutic platform (telehealth or in- person sessions). Bonus opportunities and compensation available for leading couples workshops.
