WSI International is a leading provider of wastewater treatment plants and equipment. We are seeking a skilled Control Systems Engineer to join our team and design innovative solutions for our clients.

Job Responsibilities:

• Design, program, and test PLC control systems, HMI screens, and other software components for wastewater treatment plants and equipment
• Collaborate with the project team to ensure that the control system meets the client's requirements and expectations
• Participate in the installation, start-up, and commissioning of the control system
• Provide technical support to clients during and after installation
• Provide support for panel design and specifications
• Create technical documentation including functional specifications, user manuals, and training materials
• Participate in the research and development of new control system technologies and methods, including cloud integrations like Node-RED, AWS, and Azure

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of experience in designing and programming control systems for industrial applications
• Strong knowledge of PLC programming and control system design using Allen Bradley, Mitsubishi, and Unitronics
• Familiarity with HMI development software such as iX Developer and FactoryTalk
• Experience with process control systems and instrumentation for wastewater treatment plants and equipment, including water and wastewater sensors like HACH, Krone, and Omron
• Ability to read and produce electrical schematics in AutoCAD
• Ability to produce a process design narrative
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a remote team environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

We value skills, experience, and expertise in designing and programming control systems using Allen Bradley, Mitsubishi, and Unitronics. Additionally, we require familiarity with water and wastewater sensors like Hach, Krone, and Omron, and the ability to read and produce electrical schematics.
