Requirements and Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or mechanical engineering

5+ Years of controls engineering experience directly related to material handling:

Case/Poly Conveyor

Sortation Systems

Pallet Conveyor

AGVs

ASRS

Ability to Travel 50%

Demonstrate strong expertise with PLC programming in Rockwell Studio 5000 and the ability to work with other PLC platforms such as CodeSys and Siemens.

Must have experience with communication to WCS systems.

CAD Skills:

AutoCAD Electrical

CET

Experience with Emulation packages such as Emulate3D

Experience with Industrial Ethernet Applications

Experience with Power distribution, FLA Calculations, and Efficiency Calculations

Experience working with cross disciplinary project teams.

Experience with Designing Control Systems and hardware following NFPA and UL

Experience with Safety Standard such as ISO13849

Preferred but not required:
