We are FreshTrends LLC, a fine piercing jewelry manufacturer with offices in Palm Beach, Florida and Los Angeles, California. We are looking for a new customer service representative to work 20-25 hours per week remotely.

We are looking for the following skills:

- Must have an e-commerce customer service background with minimum of 2 years experience. Please do not apply if you have not worked as a customer service representative in the ecommerce sector.
- Experience with zendesk, slack, shopify, amazon seller central a big plus.
- Must be eloquent on the phone and via email and live chat.
- Must be naturally good with people, and good at representing the companies interests whilst also being an understanding and compassionate human being.
- Must be able to type 50+ words per minute in a typing speed test, and use multiple applications simultaneously and efficiently.
- Must be reliable.
- Must have references and complete a background check.
- Knowledge of piercing jewelry a big plus! This is the product that we sell, and helping customers pick the correct products, and the correct size is part of the position. We are willing to train in this regard, but prior knowledge of the product and industry is a plus.

Compensation for the position is $17- $20 an hour depending on experience. The position is part time initially with the possibility of expanding to a full time position if it is a good fit for both parties.
