Job description: Our customer care representatives work closely with our nursing staff and doctors in all aspects of the patient and client experience. They must be able to communicate clearly and effectively with clients, handle multiple phone lines, be able to multi-task, and be able to adapt to a fast paced and ever changing work environment. As the client’s first contact with the hospital, we require a professional, mature individual, focused on the task at hand. Knowledge of our software system, AviMark, is not a requirement, but the applicant must have excellent computer skills.

Pay: $11.00 - $13.00 per hour

Valid license to practice occupational therapy. Familiarity with Pediatric Evaluation and Treatment tools. Proven working experience as occupational therapist.
Requires a valid TN driver's license, good driving record and the ability to travel to multiple properties. Ensure tools and equipment are in optimum condition.
Ability to handle multiple tasks such as answering the phone and greeting patients with a smile. Greet patients and performs all front desk duties.
Professional certification (Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator (MCSA), GIAC certifications) is a plus. Upgrade systems with new releases and models.
4+ years of sales experience- *automotive, power sports, lift truck, small farm equipment or similar experience preferred*.
