Customer Service and Order Entry Representative

Up to $25.00 per hour to start plus full benefits

As Customer Service and Order Entry Representative, you will:

• Receive complete training
• Provide customer service to customers and internal teams
• Communicate with customers by phone and email
• Answer questions and address inquiries
• Provide information on product details, pricing, availability and lead times
• Create and process price quotes
• Take, enter and process orders
• Make updates to customer account information
• Review orders for accuracy and completeness prior to entry
• Arrange and track shipments
• Expedite 'rush' orders as requested
• Monitor open orders
• Collaborate with internal teams
• Enter, process and distribute customer invoices
• Troubleshoot issues and complaints as they arise
• Escalate complex issues as necessary
• Contribute to continuous improvement efforts
• Maintain manual and electronic file systems
• Perform other duties assigned

An ideal candidate profile will include:

• At least 1 year of Customer Service, Customer Support or similar
• Related experience from a manufacturer or distributor of products

With:

• Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel
• Accurate Data Entry skills
• A High School Diploma or Equivalent
