Schedule: Dacotah Bank Offers a flexible work-life balance working schedule. Our working hours are Monday-Friday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm. We also have the benefit of not having any Saturday shifts in drive-up!

General Description and Essential Functions: As a Customer Service Representative of Retail Delivery for Dacotah Bank, while ensuring that applicable regulations, disclosures, policies, and procedures are followed, you will:

• Manage retail transactions
• Provide deposit products and services
• Provide access to other products and services
• Complete follow-up procedures with customers
• Participate in customer relation review with your supervisor
