What you Need/Basic Qualifications:
· Proficiency in digital marketing, content marketing, account-based marketing, case study development, outbound and inbound lead generation, inside and outside sales enablement best practices.
· Proficiency with MS Office Professional including Word, Excel, Power Point, & Outlook
· Ability to guide formal and informal teams on multiple projects simultaneously
· Impeccable Time Management, Project Management, and Communication skills
· Ability to manage multiple assignments and tasks, and set priorities, as well as adapt to changing conditions and work assignments
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills
· Ability to read, analyze, and interpret periodicals, journals, and technical procedures
· Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions one-on-one and in small groups with customers, managers, and other associates
· Ability to critically think and problem solve in situations
· Sets high expectations and drives performance towards outstanding results
· Brings energy, enthusiasm, and a positive attitude to the job
· Demonstrates creativity by generating new and original ideas
· Able to work efficiently with minimal guidance or supervision and inspire the same in direct reports and peers
· Ability to travel within market to branch locations and out of state for national meetings
Education and Certification Needed:
· Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a business-related field
· 2-3 years of work experience in a sales or marketing role
What you’ll Do:
· Define the corporate internal and external messaging and marketing strategies to successfully accomplish the various organizational goals of market share, awareness, profitability, and associate recruitment/retention.
· Lead and empower a team of professionals in the areas of marketing, lead management, and customer experience.
· Provide creative guidance to Marketing Coordinator and vendor partners (designers, copy writers, site management agencies, and digital marketing agencies)
· Work in partnership with sales leadership to identify, create, and deploy resources for account-based marketing, prospecting, and lead generation.
· Work in partnership with HR team to identify, create, and deploy resources for associate engagement and talent recruitment.
· Identify innovative and creative solutions to maintain the competitive advantage in the areas of market share acquisition and associate engagement of the brand and organization in the marketplace.
· Manage and provide reporting on revenue attribution from inbound and outbound marketing campaigns and customer experience feedback campaigns
Ensure alignment with OEM branding campaigns and customer experience strategies
· Comfortable working in an industrial equipment environment with an ability to work with a constant state of alertness and in a safe manner
