The qualified candidate must have five years experience in a top-level executive environment with excellent verbal and written communication skills assisting

*Experience with 20/20 design or similar CAD a must*. My current sales staff can not keep up with all the leads. *Up to 15% commission paid at time of sale*.

Ability to communicate RFI's effectively and manage a RFI log and report to management delays in answering, change order requirements and project delays.

Answer technical questions/inquiries from Legislature staff via telephone, email, live chat, or other means. Maintain telephone and voicemail systems.

Advanced proficiency in Excel, proficiency with accounting software system preferred. Bachelors or Associates Degree in Accounting, Finance or Related Field.
