Customer Service Representative

The Customer Service Representative is responsible for processing and tracking sales orders for customers. A large aspect of this position is maintaining positive customer relationships and ensuring accurate data entry.

Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Entering sales order details accurately into E1
2. Follow up with customers on pending sales orders.
3. Obtain customer acknowledgements on sales orders
4. Track sales order changes and communicate changes to customers
5. Process customer complaints with Quality Department and follow up as needed to resolve complaints
6. Support sales and other internal department requests
7. Correct missing data and update data in CRM as needed
8. Develop and maintain cross department relationships
9. Other duties may be assigned.

Qualifications:

· Minimal 2 years of experience with Customer service experience
· Must be able to write an effective, understandable business letter
· communicate clearly in person or over the phone.
· Must be able to speak before individuals or groups in a sales capacity.
· Must be able to work independently as well as on a team and understand and implement correct problem-solving actions.
· Knowledge of Internet software; Manufacturing software; Spreadsheet software and Word Processing software.
· Employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 10 pounds.
