Responsibilities:

• Manage new and current client accounts through inbound and outbound calls.
• Assist customers with their vehicle service needs.
• Ensure customers have an enjoyable service experience.
• Follow up with customers vis phone and email.
• Coordinate Service Advisor schedules and arrange customers visits during available openings in schedule.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Excellent oral and written communication
• Proficient computer skills
• Willing to work with a team towards a common goal
