Minimum of 5 years experience including developing and implementing software test plans and developing and communicating technical documentation.

Answer telephone, screen, and direct calls, take messages and provide information. Greet patients & visitors in a prompt, courteous, and helpful manner.

Develop collaborative relationships with parents/caregivers in a 1:1 setting to educate them how to help children learn and grow.
