Design Engineering Supervisor

Our client, an industrial Construction company based in the Minneapolis area focused on the design, build and general contracting, and concrete and crane services for industrial process centers across the U.S. and crane services for industrial process centers throughout the U.S.

The position is in the Minneapolis west metro area.

· An affinity for the technical

· Ability to expand collaboration and build a strong team.

· Can attract and retain contributors who can move complex projects forward.

Experience :

Have lead a small group pf 5-6 contributors

Possess the “soft skills of leading and motivation others.

Have proven skills in Auto Cad2D and Revit

Conceptual abilities and experience from concept to layout in either 2DD or 3D.

Other :

Willingness to travel 1-2 times per month.

Strong interpersonal communication skills with all levels both inside and outside the company

Job Type: Full-time

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
