The Digital Content Coordinator is responsible for helping to execute Virtuoso’s consumer-facing content strategy across all digital channels. This position will play an essential role along the entire digital production pipeline, from building content pages in the CMS to updating homepage modules and landing pages, sourcing images, and more. This position will also provide support as needed with social media management. This is a preferred hybrid role based in one of Virtuoso’s Seattle, Fort Worth, or New York locations, working Tuesdays and Wednesdays in the office. Virtual may be considered.
Essential duties and responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

Manage digital editorial calendar, ensuring all content is uploaded into CMS and virtuoso.com’s homepage and inspiration landing pages are up to date.

Coordinate with Manager, Digital Content, and other content editors to repackage print content from Virtuoso Life magazine for a digital audience.

Write web-friendly headlines, subheadlines, and photo captions.

Optimize new and existing content for SEO, timeliness, and seasonality.

Build new destination-specific landing pages for virtuoso.com, owning image research, SEO, and editorial content curation for each.

Monitor product pages (hotels, cruises, and tours) for consistency and quality.

Handle content migration and other CMS-related administrative tasks as necessary.

Complete monthly analytics reports for digital content.

Proactively monitor Google Analytics to track editorial content performance.

Build e-newsletters in our email client (Hubspot) with the content provided by the editorial team and other marketing teams.
Educational and Skills Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism or a similar field

2-3 years ofof experience in a marketing, editorial, or web development role

Strong creative writing skills and a keen sense of design and visual esthetics

Experience working in CMS environments.

Strong familiarity with SEO best practices and tools

Excellent organizational, time management, and project management skills

Ability to multitask and problem solve in a deadline-driven environment.

Experience with Google Analytics required.

Travel industry-related experience a plus

Travel Requirements:

Infrequent travel may be required to attend company events. (1-3 trips per year)
