The Role:

As a Digital Marketing Strategist at our company, you will be responsible for setting up, implementing and managing the overall company's digital marketing strategy. Using digital marketing to drive leads is an important part of our overall marketing strategy and is important for our company's success, so your role will play a crucial role in achieving our business goals and objectives.

What You'll Do:

• Build, plan and implement the overall digital marketing strategy
• Maintain relationships with digital marketing vendors
• Stay up to date with latest technology and best practices
• Measure ROI and KPIs of digital marketing strategy
• Prepare and manage digital marketing budget
• Provide direction for both Digital Marketing Coordinator and Social Media Coordinator
• Manage and improve online content, considering SEO and Google Analytics
• Motivate and mentor digital marketing team to achieve goals
• Monitor competition and provide suggestions for improvement
• Oversee company website and landing pages

What You'll Need:

• 2+ years of experience as a Digital Marketing Strategist or similar role
• 2+ years of experience in developing and implementing digital marketing strategies
• 2+ years of hands on experience with SEO/SEM, Google Analytics, Google Ads, Google LSA, Facebook Ads
• Vast knowledge of different digital marketing channels
• Experience with online marketing tools and best practices
• Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
• Good time-management skills
• Great interpersonal and communication skills
• Team Player with High Integrity
• A Clean, Safe Driving Record, Background Check, and Drug Screen
• High School Diploma or GED
