VonLehman is seeking a Director of Human Resource Consulting to lead our HR Consulting practice. This individual will manage a team of HR Consultants and build the practice while working collaboratively with clients.

PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
Provides guidance and leadership to department; oversees all HR consulting engagements
EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in related field. Ten plus years of related experience, preferably management consulting, HR or professional services
REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
CERTIFICATIONS REQUIRED
PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP preferred
WORK HOURS
Business hours Monday through Friday, 8:00 am-5:00 pm. Additional work hours will be expected with increased work volumes.
EXPECTED TRAVEL
Work out of the Fort Wright office with travel to clients and other offices throughout the region as required.
