We are looking for a customer-centric, collaborative and talented individual to help manage our day-to-day operations on different online marketplaces. This E-commerce Specialist Assistant role offers excellent training and the unique opportunity to acquire an extensive knowledge of how E-commerce truly works on different marketplaces.

Responsibilities:

As an assistant, you will perform a wide range of administrative duties including customer service support, data entry, data research, reports, online product listing and inventory management.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, E-commerce or a related field
• 1+ year of experience and knowledge in selling on Amazon marketplace
• Excellent customer service skills to ensure customer satisfaction
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Expertise in generating variety of reports with Microsoft Office tools

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in SEO and PPC advertising, social media marketing and email marketing
• Experience in using management software, website analytics tools and other technology tools related to selling on Amazon
• Leadership role such as an E-commerce manager or team leader

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $43,270.00 - $57,570.00 per year
