For over 50 years, Cayuga Addiction Recovery Services (CARS) has treated the chemical dependency recovery needs of Central New York. We currently have an opening for an EHR IT Specialist at our residential program and outpatient programs.

Job Summary:

The EHR IT Specialist delivers innovative and hands on consultation to improve clinical and revenue cycle workflows, ensure system adoption, deflect support tickets, and create new content, as needed.

Key Tasks:

• Clinical solution and treatment plan application support
• Form and Assessment design and development
• Test and troubleshoot configurations to improve solution functionality in a variety of client environments
• Participate in client meetings and events and internal team initiatives to improve processes and create efficiencies
• Implementations of Evolv NX for clinical
• Evolv Process and Configuration Evaluations
• Other duties as assigned

KNOWLEDGE:

• Working knowledge of and experience with myEvolv by Netsmart

EDUCATIONAL / LICENSURE REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant work experience
• At least 1 year of health care information technology or systems management implementation or consulting working experience

Pay: $55,000.00 - $67,500.00 per year
