*Please note: all applicants MUST be local to Austin, TX. This will be a hybrid-remote position - the first week will be fully in-office to get started, followed by a hybrid schedule (a few days from home, a few days from the office).*

Century Services is a rapidly growing financial consulting firm helping thousands of clients all over the US resolve their financial issues since 2013. We're currently expanding and we're seeking a top notch Senior Growth Marketing Manager to join our fantastic team! Reporting to and working directly with our Chief Marketing Officer, our Senior Growth Marketing Manager will be responsible for playing a major role in developing and building out our marketing functions. Working closely with Century’s leadership team, you’ll be responsible for evaluating, developing, and improving our marketing programs to help our excellent services better reach our clients.

Compensation: $120,000 - $125,000 annual salary to start, and we offer incredible benefits including super low cost great quality health insurance, PTO, sick time, floating holidays, and much more!

Responsibilities include:

  • Overall management, development and optimization of the Century portfolio of online brands and websites.
  • Leading and overseeing all web strategy, design, user experience, content development and site buildout efforts across the business.
  • Partnering and working closely with the CMO, Head of Lending & Lead Acquisition, direct mail and channel partners to develop, manage and execute integrated lead gen strategies and campaigns.
  • Developing, testing, scaling and managing web and online strategies to drive engagement, traffic and activity throughout the prospect/customer funnel – SEO, paid, organic and partnerships.
  • Developing and managing online analytics and key site/traffic/performance metrics and dashboards.
  • Working directly with business leaders in Marketing, Sales, Compliance and Client Support on cross-functional initiatives and processes to build out Century’s web presence and assets.
  • Managing and maintaining the web development calendar and priorities based on rigorous evaluation and business criticality, economic and operational impacts.
  • Establishing and documenting web/online Marketing standards and procedures for all brands across the Century portfolio.
  • Managing and developing direct and indirect staff members and resources as required.

Qualifications include:

  • Prior experience in Financial Services Marketing, specifically in Consumer Lending and/or Debt Settlement.
  • 7+ years in a senior leadership or managerial role, including web/online strategy and optimization, SEO, paid search, content creation, UX design and user flow.
  • A proven record of developing and scaling online strategies, traffic and acquisitions.
  • Strong consultative and advisory skills, with a proven ability to successfully interact and team with internal/external partners across all levels.
  • Advanced proficiency and experience with MS Office, Google Analytics, HubSpot and Salesforce (preferred).
  • Excellent critical thinking, strategic planning, analytical and communication skills.
  • An entrepreneurial spirit and ability to create/lead/develop growth strategies, web/digital programs and processes to grow the business.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment where structure is limited or being developed.
  • Marketing Degree and/or equivalent years of experience in a Growth Marketing leadership role.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $120,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
