Job Description :

HOH Group is seeking a self-motivated individual to work amongst a team of diverse professionals in our Engineering Division as an Electrical Engineer, starting January 2021. The Electrical team offers exceptional experience in the engineering of power and control systems for government, industrial, and institutional facilities. This position is based in the Chicago Loop.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Experience with low and medium voltage
  • Expertise in Commercial and Industrial power system design
  • Familiarity with NEC and Chicago Codes
  • Computer skills in AutoCad, Microstation, Lithonia Visual and SKM power tools
  • Experience in consulting and drafting
  • Excellent communication skills

QUALIFICATIONS:

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:

Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or Similar required

3-5 years minimum in any of the following areas:

  • Industrial (heavy Industry, process or pharmaceutical)
  • Commercial (office buildings, schools, etc.)
  • Transportation (IDOT, ISTHA, etc.)

PE preferred or EIT (with the intent of attaining PE status)
