Responsibilities

• Enable and support customers across our Galileo (in-clinic 3D printing program) and central fabrication businesses
• Be the expert on our 3D printers in the field, and the software and hardware that support them
• Create action plans and own reporting on customer usage, customer satisfaction, and present data driven reports to leadership on how to continue to improve the customer experience
• Own customer quarterly reviews to uncover opportunities for service improvement and customer activation
• Get hands on experience supporting product manufacturing in the manufacturing facility and help drive the operations behind it

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Desire to learn about 3D printing technology
• Able to generate reports and work with data
• Car and drivers license

Job Types: Part-time, Temporary

Pay: $10.00 - $15.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 4 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
